What is Secondary Authentication?
Secondary Authentication (2FA) is a security process where the subscriber provides two different authentication factors to verify identity to better protect the subscriber's credentials and the resources the subscriber can access. 2FA includes Email Authentication, Phone Authentication and Google Authentication.
After binding 2FA, logging into your account or withdrawing money will require your password, verification code or 6-digit verification code generated by Google Authenticator (GA).
How to set up the bonded mobile verification?
1. Login > User Center > Click "Bind" under "Mobile". 2.
2. Select the country code and enter the phone number. 3.
3. Click on SMS verification > Click on the code > Enter the 6-digit verification code received in SMS. (The verification code will not be valid after 10 minutes). 4.
4. Under Mailbox Verification > Click Get Token > Enter the 6-digit verification code received in the Mailbox Inbox / Spam Inbox.
(The verification code will be invalid after 10 minutes). 5.
5. If it is successful, it will show bonding.
How to set the bonded mailbox verification?
1. Login > User Center > click "Bind" under "Mailbox". 2.
2. Enter the email address
3. Under Mailbox Verification > Click Send Verification Code > Enter the 6-digit verification code in Mailbox Inbox / Junk Mail Inbox. (The verification code will not be valid after 10 minutes). 4.
4. Under SMS Verification > Click Send Verification Code > Enter 6-digit verification code in SMS. (The verification code will be invalid after 10 minutes). 5.
5. If it is successful, it will show bonding.
How to set the binding Google Authentication (GA)?
1. Log in > User Center > click on Google Authentication to bind.
2. Download Google Authenticator application (GA) on your cell phone. (ISO search in APPSTORE; Android search in PLAYSTORE)
3. Open Google software > scan QR code or manually enter 16-digit key. 4.
4. Under Mailbox Authentication > Click Send Authentication Code > Enter the 6-digit authentication code in your Mailbox Inbox / Spam Inbox.
(The validation code will be invalid after 10 minutes). 5.
5. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated from Google software. 6.
6. If it is successful, the binding will be displayed.
Tip: Save the 16-digit key or QR code for future reset.
Example: The phone is lost or accidentally deleted from Google software.
