Forget Password

Note: After resetting the password, you cannot withdraw coins within 24 hours.

There are two ways to reset the password: mailbox and cell phone

Mailbox: Password reset

1. Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the ToCoins homepage.

2. Click "Forget Password".

3. Click "Mailbox", enter your mailbox and get the verification code, the verification code is valid for 10 minutes. Note: Some mailboxes will be collected in the trash.

4. Reset password - Enter new password - Confirm new password

After the above steps are completed, congratulations, you have finished setting your new password. After password reset, you cannot withdraw your password for 24 hours.

Mobile Phone: Password Reset

1.Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the ToCoins home page.

2.Click on "Forget Password".

3. Click on "Mobile Phone" and select the country code, for example, select "Singapore 65". Fill in the cell phone number and click to get the verification, the verification code is valid for 10 minutes.

4. Reset password - Enter new password - Confirm new password

5. Congratulations, you have finished setting up the new password.
