Account Frozen/How Unfreeze

The general account freeze situation is as follows.

1. The account will be frozen if the password is entered incorrectly 5 times in a row; it will be automatically unblocked after 24 hours and you can log in again.

2. The amount of the transaction will be frozen after the complaint of fiat currency transaction.

Note: After changing or resetting your password, you cannot withdraw money within 24 hours.
